Make Love Not War... (apparently Conditions Apply)

Same-sex marriages don't harm anyone. Everybody lives once and should be able to do so with the same rights as everyone else. A religious belief or a personal preference should not be the basis of any law. Aren't laws supposed to be in the best interest of the people? Some people can't get married because others are 'uncomfortable' with it? It is 2012 and I cannot believe this is still a topic of argument out there. I guess it will be for a while.
